General Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of training, content and services provided by CyberaNSafe. By registering for or using our services you accept these Terms. We offer training, resources and assessments intended to improve cyber awareness and literacy; use of materials must comply with applicable law and these Terms.

Eligibility
To register for CyberaNSafe services you must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction and comply with these Terms. Organisations enrolling employees confirm they are authorised to provide employee data required for course delivery.
Minors: Individuals under the age of 16 must obtain parental or guardian consent prior to enrolling. Where local law requires a different age threshold, the local legal minimum applies.
Lawful use: Users must not use CyberaNSafe services for unlawful activities, to distribute malware, to perform security testing without authorization, or to engage in conduct that violates third-party rights or applicable law.
Country limitations: Access to certain content or services may be limited in specific jurisdictions due to local regulatory requirements. CyberaNSafe may restrict service availability where necessary to comply with law.
Account and Access
Accounts are required to access some CyberaNSafe services. Account holders are responsible for maintaining accurate information and safeguarding account credentials. Corporate accounts remain the responsibility of the enrolling organisation.
Accuracy of information: You must provide accurate and complete registration information and update it when necessary to keep records current.
Account security: Protect your login credentials and use multi-factor authentication where offered. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Non-transferable: Accounts and subscriptions are personal or organisation-specific and may not be transferred without prior written consent from CyberaNSafe.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected] or call +60122674802. We will assist with containment and remediation measures within the scope of our operational responsibilities.
We may suspend or restrict access to an account where there is suspected abuse, security risk, violation of these Terms, or as required by law. We will provide notice where practicable.
Services Provided
CyberaNSafe provides instructor-led and self-paced IT security awareness courses, simulated phishing exercises, reporting and analytics, and advisory materials designed to improve cyber literacy. Descriptions of specific services are provided on CyberaNSafe.vip and subject to these Terms.
Service changes: We may modify, enhance or discontinue aspects of our services. Where changes materially reduce functionality for paid subscribers, we will provide advance notice and options where appropriate.
Availability: We use reasonable measures to ensure availability of our platform, but scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our control may cause interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
User Rules and Acceptable Use
Users must follow these rules when accessing CyberaNSafe services to maintain a secure and professional environment.
- Do not upload or distribute malicious code, stolen data, or copyrighted materials without authorization.
- Do not attempt to probe, scan, or penetrate CyberaNSafe systems or other users’ resources without explicit prior consent.
- Respect confidentiality: do not disclose other users’ personal information obtained through the platform.
- Use materials for legitimate training, educational, or organisational improvement purposes only.
- Comply with all applicable laws and export controls when accessing content or transferring data.
- Do not impersonate CyberaNSafe staff or misrepresent affiliation when interacting with other users.
- Report suspected vulnerabilities, misuse, or security incidents to [email protected] promptly and in good faith.
User Content
User content includes information, feedback, submissions and contributions that users provide through the platform. Users retain ownership of their own content subject to the license granted below.
Ownership: You retain ownership of personal content you upload, except where content is created by CyberaNSafe staff as part of paid services. By submitting content you warrant you have the right to do so.
License: By submitting content you grant CyberaNSafe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute and display the content solely to provide and improve our services, including anonymised usage analytics.
Responsibility: You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and appropriateness of your content. CyberaNSafe may review and remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Removal: We may remove or disable access to user content if required by law, to address a violation, or to protect other users. Requests for removal can be submitted to [email protected] and will be considered in accordance with legal requirements.
Intellectual Property
All CyberaNSafe intellectual property, including course materials, activity and platform software, is owned or licensed by CyberaNSafe. Users are granted limited rights to access and use content for training purposes only, subject to restrictions below.
- Do not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from CyberaNSafe materials outside the scope of your licence.
- Do not remove, obscure or alter any copyright, activity or proprietary notices from materials.
- Unauthorized commercial exploitation of CyberaNSafe content is prohibited without a written license.
Paid Services
Paid subscriptions and one-off purchases grant access to specified services described at purchase. Paid services are subject to these Terms and any specific service agreements.
Pricing for courses, assessments and advisory services is published on CyberaNSafe.vip or provided in quotes. Prices are denominated in the currency stated at the time of purchase and exclude applicable taxes.
Payment methods: We accept payment by the methods indicated during checkout. Payment is required prior to commencement of paid services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation options and notice periods are set out in your subscription agreement and account settings.
Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with the terms displayed at purchase and applicable consumer protection laws. We do not issue refunds for change of mind where the service has been delivered or accessed.
Cancellation: To cancel a subscription, follow the account procedures on CyberaNSafe.vip or contact support. Cancellation does not entitle you to continue using subscription services beyond the paid period unless otherwise specified.
Taxes: Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or government charges associated with purchases unless otherwise agreed by contract.
Price changes: We may adjust pricing for future subscription periods. Current subscribers will be notified of material increases in advance and provided options per their subscription terms.
Non-payment: Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid services until overdue amounts are settled.
Professional Disclaimer
Content provided by CyberaNSafe is for educational and awareness purposes and does not constitute legal, regulatory or professional security certification advice tailored to specific organisations. Organisations should seek appropriate professional advice when making decisions based on training content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CyberaNSafe and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Liability for direct damages will be subject to statutory limits and any agreed contractual terms.
Third-Party Services
Third-party content and services integrated into the CyberaNSafe platform are provided under separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party actions, content accuracy or reliability. Use of third-party services may require separate agreements.
Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable service agreement or subscription terms. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms or for security reasons with notice where practicable.
Consequences: Upon termination, access to the platform will cease and any outstanding fees become immediately due. We may retain certain data to comply with legal obligations and for legitimate business purposes as described in our privacy policy.
Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by the CyberaNSafe Privacy Notice available at CyberaNSafe.vip/privacy. We implement administrative, technical and physical measures proportionate to the sensitivity of data collected for training and service delivery.
Communications and Notices
Notices related to these Terms will be provided electronically, by posting on CyberaNSafe.vip or via the contact information provided in accounts. Notices to CyberaNSafe should be sent to Jalan Chung Onn Siew, Taman Chateau, 30250 Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia or [email protected].
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated in advance where feasible. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia for users located in Malaysia, and by applicable local law for users outside Malaysia as required. Where mandatory consumer protections apply, those protections will not be limited by these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be dealt with through the competent courts or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms consistent with the governing law clause and any mandatory jurisdictional rules.
